You can add an image to your post by using the [img] [/img] tag. You will also need a specific URL to the image (you can use Photobucket, Picassa, Facebook, etc) for this. You should not use very large images, however.
Make sure you use an opening and closing “img” tag:
Opening: [img]
Closing: [/img]
Here’s an example:
