Decahomes has the real rent-to-own concept because of its move-in agad and very low equity or down payment..with reservation of up to 10,000 only and equity with a maximum of only 40,000 depending on how soon the turn over..Normally if the units are ready for occupancy, we only require 10,000 - 20,000 equity/downpayment

Our Guadalupe housing project will soon be realized maybe 3rd quarter of this year. Everyone knows for a fact that townhouses in the city nowadays are too expensive. But Decahomes offers the most affordable ones.
