I need help.

1. My [url=http://www.acompatible.com/series/38-dell-inspiron-keyboard#model]Dell Inspiron Keyboard[/url] and touchpad were often (almost 9 of 10 times) not working when I get into Windows.
2. However, it works when I use an external USB keyboard or mouse.
3. Then when I reboot the computer and try to get in the BIOS by pressing the F2 button, it's always working. I wonder why F2 button is working everytime I pressed?
4. It seems had a problem with the windows.
5. So I reset the laptop using the recovery function provided by the manufacturer (by pressing the F8 button on startup and then choose recovery), so all files were deleted.
6. However, it is still the same. Any master can help me to solve this [url=http://www.acompatible.com/series/38-dell-inspiron-keyboard#model]Dell Inspiron Keyboard[/url] problem ? It really makes me sick.
