How to: Check for Vehicle's LTO (Land Transportation Office) Record Thru Text / SMS
Checking on vehicle's LTO is very important, most especially for people buying 2nd hand vehicles. The cost for this service is only Php 2.50
Steps:
1. Type LTO <space> VEHICLE <space> PLATE NUMBER
2. Then send to 2600.
e.g. LTO VEHICLE ABC112
You will then receive the vehicle information as shown below:
Plate no: ABC112 / Make: Toyota / Model: Innova gas m / Year: 2012 / Color: White / Registered last 01/01/2012, has no LTO apprehension, has no LTO alarm. P2.50/text.
