Qualifications:

- Excellent in both oral and written English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ or any related course
- Highly computer literate
- Preferably with experience
- Must be mature enough and can do multitasking
- Flexible and result oriented
- Can handle pressure and works
- Self-confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand own ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions
- Resourceful, pro- active, with sense of initiative and works well in highly-pressured situations
- Be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable and able to deal with people who are stressed and upset
- Having overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the company’s HR and training strategy, and management of the HR functions
