Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any behavioral course
- At least two (2) years work-related experience
- Must be knowledgeable in the areas of Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have a sense of leadership and strong people management skills
- People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
