TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any behavioral science, engineering, business/management or any related course
- Must have work experience in any of the HR functions such as recruitment, technical/behavioral training, labor
relations organizational development, and in various continuous improvement programs.
- Can work well under pressure in a Japanese working environment
- Hardworking and can work efficiently and effectively within a team
- Excellent in Written and Oral communication and computer applications (Microsoft Office Application) skills
- Good understanding in ISO 19001:2000 and 14001
