Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably BS Psychology or related field
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resources Management
- Knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws, Employee Discipline, Training, Human Relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good in oral and written communication
- Proficient in computer basic applications
