Visayan Electric's separate November 3 to 8 advisory lists a 69kV pole installation in portions of Subangdaku and Tipolo, Mandaue City, from 6:00 PM on November 7 to 6:00 AM on November 8, and another in a portion of Subangdaku (Hernan Cortes St. area, Sitio Nawanao, San Vicente Village) from 8:00 PM on November 7 to 4:00 AM on November 8.
