Bernice (Vice Ganda) & Detty (Ai-Ai Delas Alas) are half siblings who have been separated during childhood but crossed each other's paths again. Detty’s wealthy family refused to extend any help Bernice’s family due to the revelation of the patriarch's infidelity. Years later, Bernice has become a wealthy and successful businessman dubbed as "the lord of apparels". But his abrasive personality and rudeness to co-workers has led to the resignation of his 374th assistant. This loss prompts his company to look for the new assistant and incidentally, Detty, who badly needs a job, walks into the building.
