PROJECT ANALYST

To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects and daily operations ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute the daily operational processes.
- Install quality assurance processes.
- Document the operational processes.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the operational processes.
- Manage the operations budget.
- Lead the planning and implementation of new projects or new operational tasks
- Track and report on project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve the operational outputs
- Assess and Evaluate the operations staff.

Education and Experience
- College Graduate
- Male/Female
- should have 8-10 years work experience in an operations role or project implementation role
- 5 years in a leading role, experience in people management.
- Fluent in English
- Qualification in operations management, project management or equivalent experience
- Strong IT knowledge
- knowledge of project management techniques and tools
