Refreshing Tea-rrific Bubble Tea for a Hot Summer
Not a bubble tea fan, I was surprised why I was curious enough to try the I’m Tea-rrific bubble tea stall right at the middle of the Metro Ayala food court. It was lunch time so there were a number of people lining up to buy a cup of bubble tea.
I'm Tea-rrific has a lot of tea offerings. They have:
Oolong tea
Jasmine tea
Ceylon tea
Green tea
Wintermelon
All their other teas were mixes or infusions.
I decided to try out their Wintermelon tea, small size. Small because I am not a bubble tea fan. It cost me P45. Not bad at all.
I asked the attendant not to add in pearls because I hate pearls. Ugh. For some reason, she did not ask me about my preferred sweetness level. Oh well. I guess she chose the sweetest cause the tea was very sweet.
Their Wintermelon tea is definitely one of the best I have tasted. Other Wintermelon teas I have tried have that strong bitter aftertaste. This one did not. So I was instantly a fan. Surprisingly, their ice was also blended well. None of those rough ice bits that stick to your throat at all. The drink was very smooth. I would most likely try one of their smooth-teas next.

Verdict
4/5. It's really worth a try! It will refresh and cool you down a bit during this verrrrrrry hot summer. It is also a cheaper alternative to the overpriced iced frappuccino drinks from Starbucks or Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. You can have a large size Tea-rrific tea for only P65!
