March 27, 2007, Mr. Alberto Biaño opened its first pizza outlet in his residence in Mabolo, Cebu City, which initially catered to his neighbors and the proximate areas where he lives; His first pizza outlet was named Alberto’s Pizza, apparently coined from his Christian name, Alberto; His first pizza outlet slowly gained the reputation, with his initial target market (neighbors), to be the cheaper alternative to the more famous branded pizzas, but with the quality and taste comparable to the latter, if not better.
