Happy 2017 New Year - 20 Tips To Start the Year Right

So we compiled 20 tips to guide you in welcoming the New Year.
1. Think and always be positive
No one knows your full potential except you. So shrug off and ignore the cynics and doubters. If any, channel it into positive energy. Always remember that positive thoughts become positive actions, then it becomes a positive habit. The next thing you know, you have achieved your goal.
2. Don't forget to smile
A smile encourages people to smile and it's way better than clicking the "like" button on facebook.
3. Encourage others
You don't have to be leader to encourage others. Good and simple deeds promotes appreciation and encouragement.
4. Learn to say No
Put a limit, set boundaries. Just simply say No in a polite and rationale way.
5. Grab a book
Fictional or not, just don't forget to nourish your knowledge and creativity.
6. Read at least 1 hour each day
It's not hard. It's only 10 mintues every 2 hours, repeated 6 times.
7. Less complain, improvise
Complain is stress and a waste of energy. So stop it, improvise and always look on the bright side.
8. Set your priorities for the day
They are called adhoc stuff for a reason, but that's okay. Just make sure that your priorities are done for the day.
9. Pump the blood
Whether you're at home, school, or work. Don't be stationary, stand up and be somewhere. No matter how busy you are, an 8-minute walking exercise every hour will not hurt your day.
10. If it challenged you, it will changed you
Don't be complacent. Challenge yourself, and you'll be suprised how good you've become.
11. Adversity is a good thing
Difficulty promotes better outsome. If you find too difficult, break it down into bits and gradually address them bits by bits.
12. Be a mentor
Share your knowledge and establish good relationships.
13. Work smart
There more than a thousand ways to get the job done. Explore one each day, until get you the right one.
14. Your too busy for gossip
#2 Simply smile and #4 say NO.
15. Eat right
Know how to read nutritional facts. Keep your diet to organic food. And moderate alcohol intake.
16. Keep hydrated
Just count from 1 to 8 on the glasses of water you take. Remember that water is the best cleanser.
17. Always recharge, get 8 hours of sleep
Cuddle those pillows for 8 hours straight
18. Each morning, set your goal
Say this to yourself "Today I'm going to ______________________".
19. Each night, be grateful
Before you go to bed, express gratitude by saying "I thankful for _________________".
20. Be happy and enjoy the ride
Life is precious, make most of it! Enjoy!
