Binignit

Cebuanos love to eat binignit, a very delicious food. This food is also available in native restaurants usually in the cities. Binignit is called “lugaw’’ (in Negros) because of its rice (malagkit). You can eat this food either for snacks or in beach outings. This food is really delicious, especially when its hot. Most of the time, here in Philippines, this food is usually cooked during the Holy week especially on Good Friday. The taste of this Binignit is a little sweet, and because of its coconut milk its yummy! Binignit is made of rice (malagkit) to make it thicker. When you see this food you can say to yourself “this looks delicious” and when you eat this for the first time you’ll decide to eat again and again.

Binignit is also one of the nice businesses you can start. This also needs to be cooked in a special manner, so your business will prosper. Before you start your own Binignit business you have to know the right recipe.
